Aranmula Airport, Pathanamthitta, Kerala is the fifth airport to Kerala State. The Airport is proposed to be built at Aranmula in which the association with Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group (R-ADAG) will have a 15 per cent holding.

The New Aranmula airport is named as KGS Aranmula Airport coming with 500 acres at the cost of Rs. 2000 crore
P.T Nandakumar is the Chief Officer of the new Proposed Aranmula Airport at Pathanamthitta.

The Aranmula Airport is awaiting to obtain site clearance from civil aviation ministry and the Airport Authority of India
The Aranmula Airport Promoters are K. Kumaran, Gigi George and P.V. Sngmugam, who is into Real Estate business. These promoters hold 51% hold while 15% holds are Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group (R-ADAG)
The promoters are also planning to distribute shares for no-resident Keralites.

Aranmula Airport is the fifth Airport in Kerala when completing the Project. Other operational Airports are Calicut Airport, Thiruvananthapuram Airport, Cochin Airport. And the Kannur Airport is expected to open functionality soon.

This airport would cater to the non-resident Keralites who hail from Pathanamthitta and the neighboring districts, and those visiting Sabarimala on pilgrimage.
